RAPI AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) publishes the RAPI Jee Solver mobile application.
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what limited data we collect and how we handle it.

• Authenticate you and sync your bookmarks or history if you use more than one device.
• Send essential service emails like password reset links.

We do not sell or rent any user data.
Data is shared only with:
• Cloud hosting providers that store your account on encrypted servers.
• Crash-reporting services (Firebase Crashlytics / Google Play services) to help us fix errors.
All partners are under strict contractual obligations to keep the data secure and use it only for the services we request.

4. Data retention & deletion
• Account details stay active until you choose Delete Account in Settings or email us.
• Crash logs are kept for up to 180 days, then deleted automatically.
When you delete your account, related data is permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

• All traffic between the app and our servers is protected with TLS.
• Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256.
• Access is limited to authorised personnel only.

• Access / Update – View or change your account email from the Profile screen.

8. Changes to this policy
